At Rusty, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if your fit isn't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return window. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
